Déjà Vu

As was typical for this period, the present title was an experiment, one that, you could say, probed the extent of the small community of contributors that had come about through our efforts. In this instance contributions were assigned by the editor to each artist to create a new piece out of an old contribution of theirs that had already appeared in an earlier issue. (Though others could and did submit works, as well).

Rising to the occasion were such familiar names as Miekal And, Liz Was, Stephen Perkins, Minóy, and Ll. Dunn, among many others. Crag Hill continues a back-and-forth with the someone called Seamus O’Rourke, which ultimately explains nothing; however, it demonstrates PhotoStatic at its most self-referential and playful.
